We just had a Karma Kitchen Berkeley call yesterday.  With Keith's enthusiastic leadership, and engagement from many local volunteers,  we are hoping to bring back KK-Berkeley by the end of the month!  Almost all KK volunteers report feeling a sense of unison and connection, although they never know every one on the crew.  That's interesting vis-a-vis this new finding today about choir singers ... when you sing with a group, you are certainly synchronizing your words -- but it turns out that almost instantaneously the heart beats of all singers start to synchronize too!  "Its a beautiful way to feel.  You are not alone but with others who feel the same way," Bjorn Vickhoff said of his research.  Maybe that happens while serving too? :)
