A Wonderful Serendipity

Recent circumstances necessitate the selling of my house.  It is hard, to be sure, but clearly I'm on the right path because so much good that I never would have imagined is coming of this.  Top on the list is this:  I called a heating and cooling company to get a quote on an oil to gas burner conversion, thinking it might enhance the sale.  Allen Nathan came by and told me the furnace was in great shape, why was I interested in changing it?  When I told him his eyes grew large.  "You're selling the house???  My son is looking to buy a house!  Did you list it yet?"  I told him no, and voila!  They are buying it.  I have been praying all along that only someone with a good heart would buy it; my neighbors deserve a good neighbor in return.  The Nathans are the best of people.  And worthy of Service Space attention.  Here’s is an article from The Shelton Patch that just happened to highlight them today:

A&S offers service contracts, sales, service & installations of all makes of heating and cooling equipment and oil tank installations and removal.  It also supports Al’s Angels, Swim Across the Sound, Children’s Miracle Network, Eastern Paralyzed Veterans, Relay for Life, Shelton National Little League, Shelton Boys & Girls Club, Shelton Pop Warner Football, Susan Komen for The Cure (check out our pink van at nathanheating.com) just to name a few.

Nathan added, “I came from less than nothing. I ran into a neighbor from when I was a little boy, she reminded me when I was six years old I would knock on her door and beg for bread and butter.  So to be able to give back and help those that can’t help themselves is truly a blessing and I am so happy to do it.”
