Hello All:) A friend, Pooja, is going through some difficult times right now, and has had some low points in her life. She also has some health concerns that she is grappling with. She has enormous courage and strength and that is evident in how she lives her life. She is a beautiful human being, and a very supportive friend. She is the kind who just sits by you and silently supports you and that is so powerful. I've experienced her support first hand and it is so strengthening.

I thought it would be nice for Pooja to receive some love,hope and strength from people through letters. You could write letters, poems, prayers, or just tiny thoughts and that would mean a great deal. I would be really grateful if you could send in your letters to the e-mail address given below on or before this Sunday (12.01.14) so that I can post it out to her next week.
