Had a beautiful weekend with friends from our East Coast SS community. On Saturday, we had an intimate, sweet and nourishing retreat. We did a couple of really interesting exercises, one of them facing our 'edges' in service - an idea for the activity was to go through 'rejection therapy' - which led us to jump on our neighbor's trampoline (Arathi led the way!). On Sunday, Ann Marie and Annette organized a really magical afternoon of Random Acts of Kindness in Washington Sq Park, and we were handing out seedlings, PB&J sandwiches and filling up a sidewalk with inspirational quotes. That afternoon, I learned experientially that being in a state of love leads to fearlessness :) Overall, feeling joyful and blessed :)
