During our Laddership Circle this summer, various folks talked about Gratitude Walls at work -- from Amir pitching the idea at the couple-hundred-person company where he worked to stories of the effect it had at various hospitals and schools. Inspired by the idea, this week, I put up a Gratitude Wall at my office, and kicked it off with a few of my own notes of gratitude. Look forward to seeing what else gets put in there.
