We missed Birju at this year's TEDxFargo, but it was great to see Nipun's talk from last year ripple into the talk below by my good friend Jim Hodge.  Jim has been engaged in philanthropy for 38 years. He is the Associate Vice Chancellor at University of Colorado School of Medicine after completing a 30-year career at Mayo Clinic as the most prolific fundraiser in its history.
