Meditation and Tea in Mississippi Our second gathering - walking together Last week our group gathered together for a second time and practiced a guided walking meditation. The three of us wandered around the room coming closer and moving apart as we focused on the art of walking. I found myself so unsteady on my feet! Off balance, arms and legs out to the side trying not to fall. Then slowly slowly - walking and walking - the heart slows and the mind slows. When the voice of our guide invited us to stop and experience standing, I looked up thankful for this space and these companions standing together.
