Following our Awakin Festival last month, we hosted our monthly Awakin Circle yesterday. We were so delighted that half of the 15 people in attendance were new!
Together, we enjoyed silence, exploring inspiring reading about conscious relationships, pumpkin cake, Indian Dhal, fruits and hugs! :-)
And we discovered a beautiful sentence by the Buddha: “Generosity brings happiness at every stage of its expression. We experience joy in forming the intention to be generous. We experience joy in the actual act of giving something. And we experience joy in remembering the fact that we have given.”
