"The intentions with which people come to a Laddership circle always amazes and humbles me. Just in our first week, I felt so honored to see the organizing principles that drew each person to the circle and how genuinely people shared deeply personal stories. A Chinese entrepreneur spoke about how severe depression became her turning point. In the era of sensational news, soundbytes and shallow interactions, I'm moved by the power of the ancient "technology" of a circle -- and how people are showing up with such raw sincerity."
