Much gratitude for the over 300 participants and the team (Jossera, Ari, Andy and Xiao) for making the 21-Day Karunavirus Challenge such a sweet and inspiring co-created learning and practicing journey. Many thanks to Audrey and Birju for your great support, always. Today we just finished our zoom circle as the final sharing. As Rajni shared today on zoom, "It is a small small world. We all are united with love...My life is such that, truly speaking, challenge is always nice to me. They are not challenge, they are mostly part of my life." He also sends out inspiring email with helpful and inspiring stories to about 200 of his contacts himself.

Below are some highlights from the last three days of the Challenge reflections.

Day 19: Honor Animals and Wildlife
"I have always been an animal person. I have stretched my interest to include insects and bugs. I found this Daddy Longlegs last year resting in one of the potted flowers. Finding this curious spider made my day the day I noticed it. I am more aware of chemicals that harm bees and I am making my yard and garden more bee and pollinator friendly." --K

Day 20: Create a Post-virus Vision for the World
"I envision a world where... Peace, Love and Compassion prevail all over the world." --Rajni

Day 21: Let Compassion Lead The Way
"May it be. May we birth an age of wisdom and compassion together by focusing every single day on love. For me, that means doing the "next right thing" and doing everything from a place of love, not fear. To figure that out, it takes stillness and slowing down. So grateful to have had an opportunity to do both with everyone. Thank you."

"Today I humbly started some seeds: purple hyacinth beans, and two different varieties of sunflowers. These are all flowers that pollinators visit often. The challenge activities that focused on honoring nature resonated the most with me. I can do my part to be a better steward of the environment (food, animals and natural resources). I will continue to work to not be wasteful and to be grateful for the gifts my home Earth provides for us all." 💕 --KindMist

"I learned at a young age to have compassion for all people and animals. My Mom and Dad showed this and passed on to me. Fast forward to Mom entering Care and Nursing homes seven years ago. Day after day many residents in these homes had no visitors. I took it upon myself to visit many lovely ladies and gentlemen in these homes. One in particular - Anna Rose - ah ..... we had the special connection. Her eyes would light up and mine as well when we saw each other. I thank Mom and Dad for giving me the gift of compassion. I love this photo I captured at an Urgent Care Walk-in Office. Enjoy your day friends :-)." --B
