Dear One ❤️,

Take heart. This too shall pass. Your tears will someday stop. The sun will shine again. You will one day notice that the flowers have always blessed your presence.

Allow the pain to come. Let it sweep into all those dark spaces, rooting out bitter regret. Allow the Light to give wings to those feelings, freeing them. Do not let them drag you down into the slippery well of malaise and depression.

This life is fraught with many trials and challenges. Face them with courage. Ask for guidance and help. Listen closely to what is said and what isn’t. Discern your own truth. Be true to you.

Learn the lessons presented, or they will be presented over and over. In different formats, but essentially the same. Do not waste the lessons on needless worry and concern. Realize that they are polishing you into a precious diamond.

Focus on the joys, the small moments of delight, for they are fuel for your spirit. Foster and nurture a positive attitude, for even behind the clouds, the Light shines. What you place your attention on, you will receive more of, so choose wisely the direction of your thoughts.

Be kind to everyone, especially yourself. Be your own best friend. Do not allow anyone or any circumstance to undermine the truth of you, which is LOVE.
