On a recent Wednesday, I was speaking to a guest and he had a question - 'What is ServiceSpace?'. Its very hard to describe an ecosystem, because if you just describe the forest, its too vague and if you just describe a fruit tree its too narrow. And if you try to articulate all the rich inter-connections below the surface, it'd impossible to ever finish. :) Nonetheless, I tried but also honestly told him its hard to capture it in a sound-byte. Rather remarkably, he got it and explained it back to me: "I visited a big event in Seattle once, and everyone had parked the car farther so that late-comers could get the nearest spot. It totally confused me, at first, and this gathering, and ServiceSpace, is just like that." Couldn't have said it better myself. :)
