Yesterday was Valentine's day and our fourth wedding anniversary and this time instead of giving each other gifts we decided to do four random acts of kindness : 1) Bought 10 boxes of chocolates and 10 valentine's day cards (wrote messages in them) and gave them to our Subway to give to 10 random people. 2) Since these subway girls always help in doing random acts of kindness so got valentine's day gifts and thank you cards for two girls at our subway. 3)Got home made muffins and donuts for everyone at our office. 4) Donated lot of food items to our local food pantry. It was indeed a great way to celebrate our anniversary. For a change this time my focus was on others than on myself. My husband came to me said " I know you asked not to get you any gifts or flowers but do some good deeds so I got you these bird houses so that we can attract more birds and feed them. I also donated my clothes to the thrift store" IT REALLY MADE MY DAY !!!
