In Smile Groups, whenever people add value to the network, they get KarmaBucks from their peers -- which can be redeemed for more Smile Cards and perhaps more things down the road in our Smile Store.  People have tens of thousands of KarmaBucks.  It quite a wild phenomena.  But today, we received a touching note from one of the users: "Will you please take the KarmaBucks from my tally to cover the next 20 people who order Smile Cards?"
