Our friend, fellow CF'er, Rod Gardner recently suffered a stroke -- and a few of us wanted to tag him with act of kindness.  For the last nine years, Rod and his wife Connie have gone on daily 2 hr walks and picked up any change they've found along the way.  Whenever the coin bag gets heavy, they anonymously drop it off to a local food shelter.  To date, they must've donated $2500 like that.  So we thought that we'd all walk a mile for Rod!  CF posses from San Diego to New York to Urguay to India have agreed to join in -- and we hope the rest of you will too.  Do share a comment after you'd done it, so we can offer him an artistic expression of our collective goodwill.
