After that sacred hour of silence, I'm not really sure what to talk about. The Quakers have a saying in their meetings as a guideline about when to speak and when not to speak. They say, ask yourself, is this an improvement on the silence? :) That's a very high bar!
Maybe I'll just start with what I've been thinking about today. I'm here on the West Coast by myself. I was with Stella, my partner and Cary, our son, until a few days ago, and then they went back east and I stayed here because I have some events this week, meetings and things like that.
