One thing which stands out to me in servicespace, is that deeper I look and analyse, more impressed and moved I am, and there is always a feeling, "oh! there is more to it than I thought or understood earlier." This to me stands in complete contrast to most other system designs today, which look highly appealing from outside but looking deeper leaves one less excited than before.
I guess this is due to commitment to inside-out change.
And, servicespace brought alive gandhi and vinoba and the underlying values, in a way which I find very relevant in my day-to-day life, which I could never have grasped myself from their common portrayal in popular history books. :-)
