Rahul, the journey of shifting reciprocity to sacred reciprocity is a crucial one, and I'm not sure there is a one-size-fits-all path to it. I have many personal anecdotes of how I have learned (and continue to learn) those lessons, but no theories. While those stories may provide inspiration to experiment, I sense that balance between suppression, expression and observation has to be rooted in experience. So, stories? One of these days when I get a chance to do a writing retreat. :)
