Preeta. What an excellent piece of work. At the end you describe how technology is growing exponentially, systems of governance lacking behind, leaving an exponential governance gap. What if we looked backwards at the invention of the wheel or the Industrial Revolution? We see similar gaps that are slowly filled. Unfortunately not without significant cost to people's lives. Is it possible, this time, to fill the gap without that? Looking around from the perspective of October 2020 it seems not. Are we doomed to replay this scenario over and over? Love, Tom
