Just to clarify, the volunteers who were part of the pod are also as curious and bewildered. :-) While I guess we have done 100+ people pods with 4-5 volunteers, this was a 25person pod and 11 volunteers had signed up. And the way everyone contributed, in their own unique and creative ways, is something we could have pre-planned by design. However still, if we see our individual contributions, it doesn't feel like that could create this effect. If we were to even add up all our contributions, then also it definitely doesn't account for it. Perhaps the 20years of being focused on values, and other factors beyond, may be at play to enable this. And the visible volunteers just get the privilege of being part of it and witnessing it unfold first hand! :-)
