What a great post Nipun--thanks for sharing it. You captured so much of the essence of our time together. A few other random musings from my notes include: The idea that what has worked---will work less and less over time. That we need to reclaim the power of our own intentions, that this is a moment of uncertainty but we need to stay with it and welcome it, that individual transformation is what is needed to lead to organizational transformation---it starts with ME/US. I have to say I was struck by what seems to be such a high level of mistrust within the systems that so many of us exist today---Alfred's comment that if you trust you don't have to measure has stayed with me. Finally--don't think it---feel it. Looking forward to he sensing journeys in April and recovening with this amazing and inspiring collective in Bhutan in May.
