The quote I try to personally live by is "When you live in integrity, empty of expectations, outcomes are irrelevant" I wish I knew who said this beautiful quote...if anyone knows the author please let me know.
I can understand how to apply this personally yet certainly it is a "practice"! I am in a quandary about how to build a successful business within these parameters...can't seem to get beyond measuring outcomes of the business decisions needed to create a sustainable and growing business. My thought at the moment is to redefine the outcomes that are considered "success" and base decisions on our leaders authenticity and integrity. We'll see...it is a worthy experiment.
I will reflect on your advise. Thank you!
