Wow, I have goosebumps, what a beautiful story. I feel that we've all been there, in that situation, where you don't know what to say, but the best thing you can do is be silent, hug the person in grief, and just truly be there for them. I also know that the worst thing you can do is say, "oh, I'm so sorry for you!" This makes you feel terrible!
