a quick reflection here - i was on a call with Adam at 10pm some months ago and thinking about how rare it was for a guy in that position to do such a thing at all given the nature of our conversation on service. Towards the end of the conversation I asked Adam what ServiceSpace could do to be of service to him, and his response was telling - complete deflection toward his students, he wanted nothing else but to share the joy with those around him.
