Amazing to see the journey these summer interns are on, courtesy of such incredible ladders who are holding space for the seeds to sprout in their own time. Can't wait for my kids to be old enough to be summer interns -- or maybe we need to think of part 2 of this idea, and expand to family internships for younger ones! :)
