Short reading, followed by guided meditation will begin at 5:00 PM; the Zoom room will be open starting at 4:00 PM for those who want to meditate longer and in silence before the guided session begins. For first-timers, this primer on meditation may be helpful. Contemplative prayer or other offerings in silence are also welcome. |
5:20PM | Circle of sharing of moments or reflections from everyday life for those who feel internally guided or inspired to speak. Please note that those who are moved to share are encouraged to do so; for those who prefer to simply offer the gift of listening while remaining in silence (and pass on the opportunity to share aloud), that is welcome as well. |
