Following a heart-opening Karma Kitchen pop-up in March this year, we're hosting another Karma Kitchen on the evening of Saturday, August 12th, as part of the Summer of Change Festival at The Canvas Cafe! We know many folks in the ServiceSpace community know others in London who might like to come along that evening and experience "growing in generosity" first-hand, so please do feel free to share the invitation below with them.
You're all invited to join in at Karma Kitchen at The Canvas Cafe (just off Brick Lane in Central London) on August 12th. Run by volunteers, at Karma Kitchen our meals are cooked and served with love, and offered to the guest as a genuine gift. To complete the full circle of giving and sustain this experiment, guests make contributions in the spirit of pay-it-forward to those who will come after them. In keeping this chain going, the generosity of both guests and volunteers helps to create a future that moves from transaction to trust, from self-oriented isolation to shared commitment, and from fear of scarcity to celebration of abundance.
Choose here below how you'd like to get involved :)
- Join the Volunteer Crew - You're invited to join a spirited crew of 12 volunteers by serving in a variety of roles from serving tables to plating food to washing dishes and more! To volunteer from 5pm-10:30pm on Aug 12th, please sign-up using this link.

Karma Kitchen is one of those beautiful spaces where the lines between giving and receiving get blurred, until it becomes difficult to decipher who is giving and who is receiving, so ultimately, as Nipun would say, we all just dance! :) That really sums up our experience earlier this year in March, when we hosted our
second ever Karma Kitchen again on
International Day of Happiness to share the Love with Londoners. It was an evening filled with abundant joy, inspiration, kindness, community and Love!
We're so excited about hosting another Karma Kitchen Pop-Up this year to share the love with Londoners :) Please feel free to share this invitation with others who might be inspired to experience a pay-it-forward restaurant!
